The old hardwood flooring comes out.
It might have been nice to save it but it was an utter buckled mess.
It was salvaged to grace the floor of a new restaurant in Mahone Bay.

We broke up the concrete floor. 3000 square feet of 6" slab! Thankfully there was very little re-bar or mesh so it came out relatively easily.

Completely gutted the pub are as well as the addition that will be the service areas and games room
What a mess!
But the building is in amazing shape!
